Apple iPhone 7 Indepth Review

I’m sure by this time most of us would have got their hands on the new iPhone 7 and still waiting on iPhone X. The majority of mobile users still feel this is an exclusive model which grabs attention compared to different mobiles available in the market.

While one has to also understand and recollect that it has been a decade that Apple started launching iPhones and is still able to maintain that spark where users wait for the Apple products, release after release. As the expectations are high there is also a lot of fanfare and at the same time, a lot of criticism.

So what’s new with Apple iPhone 7?

By this time most of the Apple users are already used to an upgrade on at least the processor, battery, and camera. These few factors have been the core of every new iPhone that is available in the market because of two main reasons:  to compete with other models, spice up the processor to reduce the response time.

So what is good about iPhone 7?

Processor:

Pairing up A-10 Quad Core Processor with iOS 10 version made it crystal clear, smooth experience and lightning fast/responsive compared to its predecessors. One will be amazed by the display and graphics while playing games and with its exceptionally great graphics performance compared to other devices.

Color:

A new thought process has been involved with Apple that eventually helped them to increase their sales by introducing colors. Earlier versions of iPhone were available in White and Black but slowly we had silver and other colors evolved over the course of time. For this release, we have another new color which is Matt Black. To be honest, Apple has added another color to their bandwagon but they have managed to make the iPhone prettier.

Camera:

The iPhone 7 has incorporated stunning camera and works brilliantly in low lights and also it is capable of taking stunning pictures in normal daylight, so you can now find a photographer in every individual.

Speakers:

After using the phone for a week now, I should say that Apple has ramped up their speakers and the sound quality is top notch but on the flip side, users will feel speaker vibrations at the rear side of the phone. This might be an irritating factor for few users hopefully we get to have a response regarding this from Apple in future.

No Headphone Jack:

We as mobile phone users are so much used to the headphone jack and Apple has decided to change this so with the new iPhone 7 we don’t have headphone Jack available and instead, we have to use lighting connector slot. With this bold move, Apple also considered its predecessor model users and have added another cable which mimics headphone jack but ultimately connects to the lighting connector slot.

What is not so good about iPhone 7?

I personally travel a lot and the use of Google Maps has been my best buddy. I have constantly used the maps for about more than an hour and made sure the brightness is set to a low level but I have experienced that iPhone gets heated up.

Apple claims that they have increased the battery life but on daily average usage, I was able to withhold the battery for about 10 hours. Thus leaving no option and had to carry power bank to support my daily needs.

Experienced the Vibrations at the rear end of the phone while speaker is on is little irritating but it is manageable

What I have experienced in Los Angeles on first day

Visiting the United States of America was for the first time and I was excited and had goosebumps right from the moment I got selected to be part of a project implementation at my work pace. At the moment, I just had only one feeling all over my mind was that I will be in the USA soon but to be honest never ever had a clue where I would go to.

Airport Arrivals:

A lot of thinking has been put in to make sure that airport arrivals are free most of the time rather being cluttered with travelers. Designated areas have been set up where individuals have to board a bus to get into the city. We were a small group so it made sense for us to rent a car for our travel so we were directed to a designated area where shuttle services run and drop us at the car rental services. This is very useful as it clearly points out the destinations and then avails further service. Well good aspect of these shuttle services are run for Free of cost, yes it is free and drivers are absolutely friendly.

Google Maps helped:

It is one of those things that you get to learn while working. I want to thank Google which helped me to prepare well for this challenge. It is always good to know about the place where you are traveling and you set up some expectations and understanding. It is very important to understand your surroundings so that you can move around like a local rather than being a new bee.

Climate and Environment-friendly place:

I get to know about the climate and it is one of the best states in the USA where you get to see a decent climate. Temperatures don’t go too high nor too low. I would say it is a perfect sunshine with a little bit cooler breeze. I found this amazing and very few places on earth have this perfect combination and I have enjoyed every bit of it.I was not surprised to know about the cleanliness and maintenance but I was amazed to see how much amount of thought process is involved in their day to day work. For example:- back in my hometown, i.e. Hyderabad, you get to see all the mud flying away from the plant because it doesn’t have any protection and ultimately aids to pollution.

But in Los Angeles, I get to see the trees trunk part is covered with concrete and there is no scope for dust pollution even though it is windy. I think we need to implement this to reduce the pollution effect.

Hollywood:

Finally, I have landed in the paradise where most of the entertainment business goes on, yes you have guessed it right, I have landed in HOLLYWOOD and it was simply superb. Wish I could just express everything that I have seen but I’m falling short of words here.

Well, these are few quick observations that grabbed my attention and finally crashed into my sack after 26 hours of continuous travel.

Stay safe and explore the world 🙂
